As much as I feel maintenance will be a struggle, I am pleased with this week!

Diet:

Days at or near my calorie goal: 3/7
Calories over/(under) my weekly budget: 691

Exercise:

About 6.25 hours (35 min weightlifting; 230 min run; 60 minute Bob Harper DVD; 50 min Bryan Kest Yoga DVD).

I have shifted into a training program for my 8 mile road race in July, which explains all the running…

Weight:

Change since last Week: +/- 0.0 lb
Amount lost so far: 23 lbs

In all likelihood, it is the 8 mile run on Sunday that saved me from a gain this week. I realize that the goal of maintenance isn’t to maintain the exact same number on the scale, but for this week, seeing the same number was a relief!
