Today is weigh-in day and I actually had trouble sleeping last night. It is hard for me to avoid the scale for a whole week so I was sort of excited to see my progress, and a little afraid there wouldn’t be any. But I’ve really been on track, exercising, and doing all the right things, so the scale should be going down. Without further ado, here are the tallys:

Change since last Tuesday: -1.8 lbs

Amount to goal weight: 12 lbs

Amount lost so far: 6 lbs

Weeks to Goal: 15

Average loss per week to achieve goal: -.08 lbs (totally doable, right?!)
